We have a discussion and we set you up for success (plus we communicate through the chat), and I ask questions like: What could you do differently? What feelings do you get when you eat certain foods? What foods make you feel energized? What food choices make you feel better? What makes you feel worse? If I just told you what to eat, you would learn what I eat. ~ How does that help you? What do you want to eat? I want you to feel so comfortable when you’re off and running on your own that you feel CONFIDENT in your food decisions and let go of the shame and confusion. Stop quitting on yourself. When you choose to change your ways, let go of old habits, and old thought process, you open the possibilities to never have to do a diet ever again. My goal is to teach you to #1 Lose weight, AND #2 is to notice the trends because the data doesn’t lie.
